From the time you pay for your order (in cases of bank deposits and Western Union transfers, this includes the time that we are able to verify payment), processing and shipment normally takes:
- 2 to 3 working days for Metro Manila orders
- 3 to 4 working days for Provincial orders
- 3 to 7 working days for International orders (depending on geographic location)
(Not including holidays, weekends, or occurrences of force majeure/acts of God)
Shipping cost for domestic orders normally starts at P120 within Metro Manila, P132 for Luzon (excluding Palawan and Batanes), P139 for Visayas and P145 for Mindanao, Palawan and Batanes orders. . International shipping costs will be based on the customer’s location and the corresponding rates given to us by the courier used.
You will receive an email containing your tracking number and courier used once your order has been shipped out.
All orders placed 2:00 PM onwards between Mondays to Saturdays, Philippine time (GMT+8:00) will be processed and shipped on the next business day.
Items ordered after the cut-off time will be processed on the next business day. Processing and delivery of all items received on weekends and non-working holidays will be attended to the next business day.
Domestic orders are normally shipped via JRS. Once payment has been made/ confirmed, we will be notifying you via email. This notification will also include your order’s tracking number. To track the status of your order, just go to www.jrs-express.com.ph and input your tracking number in their express tracker field.
Foreign/ Overseas orders are normally shipped via DHL. Your order confirmation will also include a tracking number by which you can log onto the DHL site to view the status of your order. The DHL site can be reached here: http://www.dhl.com.ph/en/express/tracking.
